Fertility massage is a type of bodywork that can help women with fertility issues. It has been shown to increase egg quality and improve uterine lining thickness, which may allow for more successful implantation and pregnancy.

This form of fertility treatment has been around for centuries and is considered an alternative form of therapy.

While massage is an alternative therapy that is usually done by professional therapists, you can also do it on your own or with a partner at home!

In this blog post we will talk about how fertility massage works and the benefits you can experience from doing it.

If you are unable to find a massage therapist near you or would like to try this massage for fertility at home, here is how to do it:

  • Lie on your back
  • Massage your lower abdominal area and thighs in a circular motion. You can alternate between sides or do both at once.
  • Do this for 5-10 minutes per session

Can I use anything other than my fingers?

Yes, you can use an object like a tennis ball! Just make sure to cover it with something first so that it is not too cold.

Massage Oils For Fertility

As with all kinds of massage, using an essential oil blend can enhance your experience and also may improve the benefits of your fertility massage.

Some women like to use castor oil packs when they are performing a massage as they may help to reduce ovarian cysts and improve blood flow in the pelvic area.

Another option is to use essential oils for fertility.

The best essential oils for fertility massage include:

– Lavender: Can be calming and relaxing, alleviates anxiety

– Clary sage: Increases blood flow to the uterus which may lead to increased egg quality

– Peppermint: Aids in relieving pain caused by cramps. It has also been shown to reduce inflammation of uterine lining tissue that can cause infertility problems for some women.

You can create your own fertility oil blends using my DIY recipes that you can find here.  I have different blends for various fertility issues such as PCOS and low ovarian reserve.
