How To Use These Cute Christmas Cards

Sending Holiday cards is one of my favorite traditions during the Christmas season and these printable cards are a fun way to be creative with your Season’s greeting.

Here’s a quick guide to making this holiday season extra special with our beautiful cards:

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

You’ll need a few basic supplies to get started:

  • A printer with black ink.
  • White Cardstock (you can use plain printer paper in a pinch but cardstock stands on the mantel better)
  • Crayons, colored pencils, markers, oil pastels or any other coloring tools your child fancies.
  • Some scissors.
  • Envelopes (optional, but they add a nice touch).

Step 2: Choose Your Printable

Scroll down below to check out the super-cute, absolutely FREE printable Christmas card designs I’ve prepared just for you.

Pick one or more that your kids like the most!

Step 3: Print and Cut

Once you’ve chosen your favorites, hit that print button and let the magic happen!

Depending on your printer, you might need to choose the right paper size in the printer settings (the cards are in US letter size but should print fine for A4 too if you are in Europe).

Once the cards are printed, carefully cut along the dotted lines.

These cards have a single-fold design so you can just fold your card in the middle so it stands up.

Step 4: Get Creative

Now it’s time for your little artists to work their magic.

They can color, draw, and decorate their cards however they want.

Encourage them to add their personal touches, from festive colors to glitter and stickers.

Step 5: Write a Heartfelt Message

Don’t forget to leave some space inside the card for a sweet holiday message.

Help your child write a heartfelt note or let them express their feelings in their own words.

And there you have it, your very own Christmas cards for kids that they can color in.

It’s a fantastic way to engage your children in the holiday spirit, spark their creativity, and make cherished memories together.

Plus, it’s great for your holiday budget and, of course, super cute, fun activity!
